At VICINITY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Package
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
